This policy explains what information Rod & Rail Japan (“this site”, “I”) collects and how it is used.

- Contact form: If you send a message, I receive the name, email address and message you enter. I use them only to reply to you.
- Analytics: This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, using cookies. I use this information only in aggregate and do not use it to identify you.
- Affiliate links: If this site includes affiliate links, the partner site may set cookies when you click one to track the referral. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
- Embedded maps: Some pages show maps from Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may collect information such as your IP address and set cookies.
- Advertising: This site does not currently show display ads. If that changes, I will update this policy.
